How To Get Your Real Estate Salesperson License In Wyoming

1. General Wyoming Salesperson License Requirements

The general requirements for real estate salespersons defined by the Wyoming Real Estate Commission are as follows:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Be a United States citizen, a United States national, or an alien authorized to work in the United States.

2. Salesperson License Education Requirements in Wyoming

Below are credit hours required for the Wyoming pre-license course to qualify for your salesperson license.

3. Additional Salesperson License Requirements in Wyoming
